We understand that courier deliveries don't always go perfectly.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, contains the wrong product or there is another problem with your order, please contact Golden Bees as soon as possible.
Please take clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected product before disposing of anything.
This helps us investigate the issue with the courier and determine the appropriate solution.
